Michael Barth primarily practices in the defense of medical malpractice claims. He also practices in the areas of health and hospital law, including probate litigation for mental health and guardianships, health care fraud litigation, class-action litigation, and product liability. In addition, he provides consultation in risk management, health care fraud, mental health, end of life issues, HIPAA compliance, medical records, licensure, and credentialing.
