ST. LOUIS, MO – March 18, 2009 – Williams Venker & Sanders LLC  in St. Louis is pleased and extremely proud to announce that Mark Bobak has joined the firm in an Of Counsel capacity. Mr. Bobak most recently served as Chief Legal Officer at Anheuser-Busch where he spent 15 years in a number of leadership roles within the legal department. During his tenure, Mr. Bobak managed, directed and developed an in-house team of 50 legal professionals who were responsible for Anheuser-Busch’s affairs in a number of areas including litigation, class actions, labor & benefits and employment. Furthermore, he acted as the Senior Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors, members of the company’s senior management team and the business operating units.
