Paul Petruska Presents ERISA Lecture at NARTC Winter Meeting |

ST. LOUIS, MO – February 26, 2009 – Paul Petruska, a partner with Williams Venker & Sanders LLC in St. Louis, recently lectured at the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel’s Winter Meeting at Sea Island, Georgia. The presentation took place on February 18th and was titled, "Beware of ERISA Lien Rights or Your Settlement May Fail." Mr. Petruska is an experienced speaker and has lectured across the country to audiences comprised of both lawyers and non-lawyers, alike. His presentations have focused on a variety of topics including employment law, toxic torts and E-Discovery while practicing in the additional areas of products liability, transportation litigation and complex commercial litigation. ### |
