ST. LOUIS, MO – February 24, 2009 – Lucy Unger, a partner with Williams Venker & Sanders LLC in St. Louis, was recently named Chair of the firm’s Management Committee. Paul Venker had been Managing Partner since the firm’s inception in 2001 and had chaired the Management Committee since its formation in 2008. Williams Venker & Sanders founder, Steven Sanders, and partner, Michael Hunter, will join Ms. Unger on the committee.

"Lucy, Steve and Mike have been elected to the Management Committee due to their proven dedication to the firm along with their collective ability to make strong and thoughtful decisions," Mr. Venker commented. "This change will allow me to help Williams Venker & Sanders in other ways, including devoting more time to working on cases and other activities that are practice-related, while remaining involved in the overall direction of the firm." All three members of the new Management Committee have been with the firm since its founding in 2001.
