Paul Venker Gives Presentation at the Center for Emerging Technologies |

ST. LOUIS, MO – October 14, 2008 – Paul Venker, a founding partner of Williams Venker & Sanders in St. Louis, lectured to an audience of entrepreneurs at the Center for Emerging Technologies in midtown St. Louis on October 8, 2008. His presentation focused primarily on the essential legal information business owners and managers need to know in order to comply with the law and run their businesses effectively. In addition to Mr. Venker’s lecture, the program, entitled "Human Resources: Practical Solutions and Guidelines" also highlighted general human resources information and a section on sexual harassment. William B. Simon, Center for Emerging Technologies Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, commented, "Having an experienced professional such as Paul Venker present the legal issues surrounding HR is a big benefit to our community’s tech entrepreneurs." The program was produced by the Center for Emerging Technologies and is part of their Extended Technology Entrepreneur Education Program (ETEEP).
