ST. LOUIS, MO – April 8, 2008 – Mary D. Rychnovsky and Paul E. Petruska, two partners with Williams Venker & Sanders LLC in St. Louis, will speak at the Asbestos: Current Issues and Effective Litigation Tactics Seminar.  Produced by National Business Institute, the Seminar will be held at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza in Clayton, Missouri on April 10, 2008.  The Seminar will include an overview of asbestos case history along with current legal trends and developments surrounding the subject.

Mr. Petruska will present “Asbestos: Past Present and Future,” covering the properties and varieties of asbestos along with the history and current status of asbestos litigation.  Ms. Rychnovsky will further discuss the subject in her presentation entitled “Settling The Asbestos Claim.”  Her lecture will examine both sides of asbestos settlements while taking a look at negotiation techniques and settlement strategies.  The two partners will then finish out the Seminar with a roundtable discussion involving the rest of the day’s presenters.

Both Ms. Rychnovsky and Mr. Petruska include asbestos litigation as a focus in their legal practice.  Additionally, both partners are experienced presenters lecturing on a variety of legal topics including tort reform and employment law issues.
