Williams Venker & Sanders is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael R. Barth to partner. Mr. Barth joined the firm shortly after its inception in 2001 and was elevated to partner on January 1, 2008. He has concentrated his practice primarily on the defense of medical malpractice claims. He also practices in the areas of health and hospital law, including probate litigation for mental health and guardianships, health care fraud litigation, and product liability. In addition, he provides consultation in risk management, health care fraud, mental health, end of life issues, HIPAA compliance, medical records, and licensure and credentialing. |
