LOUIS, MO – October 6, 2009 – Law firms, Herzog Crebs, Senniger Powers and Williams Venker & Sanders, recently co-hosted a breakfast seminar for business women entitled "Women’s Self Protection: What You Need To Know".  At the event, local security expert, Laura Clark of St. Louis Self Defense & Fitness demonstrated self-defense tactics and gave advice on how to aware of and deal with dangerous situations.  In her presentation, Ms. Clark discussed the importance of awareness and preparedness in our increasingly dangerous environment, illustrated by escalating violent crime rates.  Over 40 women attended the seminar at Westborough Country Club where they also used the opportunity to network with fellow female professionals in addition to learning important safety strategies.
