Kimberly Collins has assisted the firm's attorneys for over twenty years as a paralegal. Throughout her career, she has focused exclusively on complex litigation matters which have involved toxic torts, products liability and a number of other practice areas. Kimberly's extensive legal background allows her to see cases through all phases of litigation, from discovery to verdict. She is specifically involved in the direction and management of massive document production projects, including document organization and review in addition to the creation of computerized databases for a number of Fortune 500 clients.

Kimberly is particularly skilled in courtroom presentation technology and demonstration, working with the latest programs and equipment both before and during a trial. This know-how has allowed her to undertake multifaceted projects involving digital video depositions, cutting-edge trial software and electronic display devices.
