Biography

Ms. Oppland is a medical paralegal with twenty-four years experience as a Registered Nurse, and more than three years experience as a defense Nurse Paralegal. Her professional focus has been in the areas of medical, surgical and cardio-pulmonary critical care, providing care and teaching for hemodynamically unstable patients and their families.
