Biography

Tom Orris' practice concentrates primarily on the defense of personal injury lawsuits involving products liability, premises liability and toxic torts. He currently represents several major oil companies and manufacturers in a variety of cases throughout the bi-state area. In addition, Tom has served as a national trial counsel for a major asbestos defendant and continues to represent a number of clients in both individual and mass tort litigation relating to industrial exposures and occupational injuries and diseases.

Tom' practice also includes insurance defense as well as commercial and environmental litigation. He has tried many lawsuits to conclusion throughout the Midwest and has argued a number of appeals in state and federal courts. Tom serves as an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University teaching Trial Practice.
