Biography

Ross Titzer focuses his practice on commercial litigation while also working within the transportation law, health care law and toxic torts groups. Experienced in defense litigation, he has handled all phases of a case, including drafting pleadings, arguing motions and developing overall strategy. In addition to his trial work, Ross has also drafted appellate briefs and developed an appeal strategy as well as managed a variety of transactional matters for clients.
